Whatpercentageof the costcan be refundedif you hand over the ticketUponreturn, nolaterthan: 24hoursbefore the departure of the train– the passenger is refunded the fullcost of the traveldocument; lessthan24hours,butnolaterthan6hoursbefore the departure of the train, the cost of the ticketpartand50percent of the cost of the reserved seat will be refunded; lessthan6hoursbefore the departure of the train,butnolater than 1hourafter the departure of the trainfrom the passengerboardingstation, the cost of the ticketpart is refunded,while the entirecost of the reserved seat isdeducted,butnotmore than 30percentof the fare; afteronehourafter the departure of the train, the return of traveldocuments(tickets) is notmade, the funds are notrefunded.

ReturnofcommutertrainticketsWhenreturningunusedtraveldocuments(tickets)issuedforcommutertrains: The fullfare will be refundednolaterthan24hoursbefore the departure of the train; in lessthan24hours,butnolater than 1hourafter the departure of the train, 70percentof the fare is refunded; after1hourafter the departure of the train, the return of traveldocuments(tickets) is notmade, the funds are notrefunded.

Thus,evenifyoumissedyourtrain, you canpartiallyrefund the moneyfor the ticketsafterdeparture,but you need to dothiswithin an hour.
